We have created a detailed, specific procedure for the design process.

QUOTE

The process starts with a detailed quote that identifies the exact scope of work to be performed.

CUSTOMER KICKOFF

Upon being awarded the project, we work closely with our customers to identify all necessary specifications required by the tool shop and its customer. At this time we will also solidify the design concept for the project.

DESIGN KICKOFF

The design project will commence at i3. At this time the part is interrogated for any tooling issues. Part improvement suggestions will be documented and supplied to the customer. Customer standards will be examined and integrated into the design strategy.

DESIGN APPROVAL

Our next step is to obtain preliminary design approval, which could involve anything from basic steel sizes to 75% completion. We will communicate the approval process usually through a web meeting. All design issues will be documented at this stage, and this document will be used to complete the project.

FINAL COMPLETION

After all previously identified issues have been addressed. Our team will be ready for a final review meeting. We will supply all necessary materials, which may include 3D files and 2D files.

FEEDBACK

We engage with our customers throughout the tool build process to identify any potential improvements. Our aim is to incorporate this feedback into future projects to enhance both quality and efficiency. text within this text box.
